On behalf of the Wolf Creek Property Owners Association Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our community. Whether you are a new homeowner or have been a resident for many years, we are glad you are part of the Wolf Creek family.

Wolf Creek is more than just a neighborhood, it's a community. Located in the heart of Dacula, we are fortunate to be surrounded by excellent schools, beautiful parks, convenient shopping, dining, and countless recreational opportunities. Our neighborhood offers wonderful amenities, including a community pool, tennis courts, seasonal events, movie nights, and activities designed to bring neighbors together and create lasting friendships.

The Wolf Creek Board of Directors are elected by the homeowners to serve our community, preserve our neighborhood, and protect the value and beauty of our homes. As a covenant-controlled community, we follow our Declaration of Covenants, By-Laws, and Community Design Standards to help maintain the high standards that make Wolf Creek such a desirable place to live. These governing documents are available throughout this website for your convenience.

Our community is professionally managed by Heritage Property Management Services. Through their homeowner portal, https://portal.heritageproperty.com/public, residents can:

• View their account balance

• Make annual assessment payments

• Access community financial information

• Request or replace pool access cards

• Submit Modification Request (ACC) applications

• Contact community management

Wolf Creek thrives because of the volunteers who generously give their time to serve on the Board and our various committees. We are always looking for homeowners who would like to become involved and help make our community even better. If you're interested in volunteering, we'd love to hear from you.

As President, one of my goals is to ensure every homeowner feels heard, informed, and valued. We are committed to transparency, open communication, and continuously improving our neighborhood for everyone who calls Wolf Creek home.
