In a collective effort to maintain and enhance the beauty and appeal of our neighborhood, Heritage Managing Company is committed to ensuring our community remains a welcoming and vibrant place for everyone. As part of this initiative, we will be conducting property inspections in phases throughout the summer. 

While we will continue to assess all areas of the home, each month we’ll highlight a specific focus to help rally homeowners around targeted upkeep! These inspections are meant to support our shared community standards and foster pride in where we live, so we kindly ask that you take proactive steps to care for your property. We appreciate your participation in the beautification of Wolf Creek!

The inspections will proceed as follows:

• June: Lawn Care - Our focus will be on lawn care, including mowing and weed control. Please ensure your lawn is well-maintained, with grass at an appropriate height and weeds addressed to keep your yard looking neat and healthy.

• July: Home Siding & Driveway - We will be inspecting the exterior siding of homes for cleanliness. Please ensure your home siding is pressure washed, removing any dirt, mildew, or stains. We will also be inspecting driveways for cleanliness. Please ensure your driveway is pressure washed, removing any dirt, mildew, or stains.  

• August: Pine Straw Application and Maintenance - This inspection will focus on pine straw application and maintenance. This includes checking that pine straw in garden beds, pathways, or other landscaped areas is fresh, evenly spread, and free of debris.

• September: Trash Bin Visibility - We will be inspecting the visibility of trash bins from the street. We ask that you keep bins stored out of sight and not visible from the street.
