WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Assessments are due January 1 and are $559. Dues are late after January 31.
Before making any exterior modification or improvement to your property—including decks, fences, sheds, patios, retaining walls, paint color changes, landscaping projects, and other exterior improvements—you must obtain approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Please complete a Modification Request Form (ACC Application) and submit it through the Heritage Property Management homeowner portal (Vantaca) for review.
Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified of the Committee's decision by email and/or mail.
Please note: No work may begin until written ACC approval has been received.
Please report burned-out street lights directly to Georgia Power. Each light pole has an identification number and a contact phone number posted on it. When reporting the outage, be sure to provide the pole identification number, as this allows Georgia Power to quickly locate and repair the correct street light.

Your annual POA assessments must be paid in full.

Any outstanding fines or compliance violations must be resolved before a pool card can be issued.
